We check the compliance of vehicles and receptacles for the transport of dangerous goods as per “Transport of dangerous goods Act ZPNB-UPB1 (Official Gazette RS 33/06 – official consolidated text, 41/09, 97/10 and 56/15) related to the ADR.” The scope includes type approval, periodic inspections, and checking compliance and roadworthiness of vehicles.

Further, we inspect transportable pressure equipment (tanks and tank-containers) for the transport of liquid Class 2, placed on the market in compliance with ADR, the requirements of the Directive 2010/35/ES on transportable pressure equipment, and the Directive 2008/68/ES on the inland transport of dangerous goods.

The following is performed:

Tanks for the transport of dangerous goods (liquid, powdered and granular solids)*:

• Type approval
• Supervision of pressure vessel manufacture
• Initial inspection prior to its first use
• Periodic tank inspections (Periodic  inspection, Intermediate inspection, Exceptional check)

Tanks for the transport of gases – transportable pressure equipment*:

• Supervision of pressure vessel manufacture
• Initial inspection prior to its first use
• Periodic tank inspections* (Periodic  inspection, Intermediate inspection, Exceptional check)

Vehicles for the transport of dangerous goods by road: EX/II, EX/III, FL, AT, MEMU:

• Annual inspection for vehicle compliance and roadworthiness
• The range of inspections related to tanks and vehicles for the transport of dangerous goods (ADR) is the broadest in Slovenia.
