Q Techna has established a certified management system in accordance with international standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 as a precondition to be a leading Slovenian and a competitive central-European company providing quality services in power generation, pharmacy, infrastructure and other areas of demanding technologies. The company’s objective is to build long-term partnerships with customers, meeting their demands and complying with requirements set by the environment, company, personnel and the owners.

Integrated Management System is also harmonized with requirements arising from quality assurance as per 10 CFR 50 App.B.

Notifications and Authorizations

  • Recognized third-party body in compliance with Pressure Equipment Regulations (Directive 2014/68/EC) for the approval of non-destructive personnel, permanent joining personnel and procedures (certification of welders and welding procedures).
  • Approved body for periodic inspection of pressure equipment as per Regulation on Pressure Equipment Inspection and Testing (Official Gazette RS 92/08)
  • Notified body pursuant to Directive 2016/797 on the interoperability of the rail system within the European Union.
  • Notified body  according to the the Directive 2010/35/EC on Transportable Pressure Equipment  for inspection of fixed tanks (tank-vehicles), demountable tanks, tank-containers and LPG cylinders
  • Approved organization for inspection and testing of tanks for the transport of dangerous goods – ADR.
  • Notified body according to the regulation 305/2011 for the marketing of construction products in compliance with requirements of the harmonized standards: SIST EN 1090-1:2009 and SIST EN 1090-1:2009/AC: 2011 Steel structures and aluminum structural.
  • Approved organisation for certification of welding manufacturer welding of railway vehicles and components according to SIST EN 15085-2.
