elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Postupci poput zavarivanja topljenjem \u0161iroko se koriste za izradu mnogih proizvoda i imaju klju\u010dnu poziciju u proizvodnji u nekim tvrtkama. Ti se proizvodi mogu kretati od jednostavnih do slo\u017eenih, poput tla\u010dne posude, cjevovodi, gra\u0111evine, dizalice, mostovi, transportna vozila i drugi. Pritom ti procesi presudno utje\u010du na tro\u0161kove proizvodnje i kvalitetu proizvoda. Stoga je va\u017eno osigurati da se ti postupci provode na naju\u010dinkovitiji na\u010din i da se osiguraju odgovaraju\u0107e kontrole za sve aspekte provedbe.<\/p><p>Treba napomenuti da ISO 3834 nije norma za sustav upravljanja kvalitetom koji zamjenjuje ISO 9001, ali mo\u017ee biti koristan alat kada proizvo\u0111a\u010di koriste ISO 9001 i tako ga nadopunjuju.<\/p><p>Kako bi se izbjegli ozbiljni problemi s proizvodima tijekom proizvodnje i tijekom uporabe, potrebno je osigurati kontrolu od faze projektiranja do izbora materijala, izrade i kona\u010dnog pregleda. Lo\u0161 dizajn za zavarivanje npr. mogu uzrokovati ozbiljne i skupe probleme u radionici, na gradili\u0161tu ili tijekom rada. Pogre\u0161an odabir materijala mo\u017ee uzrokovati probleme sa zavarivanjem, na pr. pukotine u zavarenim spojevima.<\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0;\">Ispunjavaju\u0107i zahtjeve niza normi EN ISO 3834, tvrtka uspostavlja i u proizvodnji dokazuje uvjete za postizanje odre\u0111ene kvalitete zavariva\u010dkih radova. Pomo\u0107u certifikata dobivenog od certifikacijskog tijela to mo\u017ee pokazati i u svom poslovnom okru\u017eenju. To pove\u0107ava povjerenje naru\u010ditelja i stje\u010de odre\u0111enu konkurentsku prednost.
